No-Hassle Returns


Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund, and only if the item(s) are in new, unused condition with all original tags still attached.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returned products. Refunds for freight will not be processed.

Refunded amounts will be applied to the credit card used for ordering. We make every effort to process the refund as soon as we receive the product, but it can take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card or PayPal® account.

No direct exchanges will be accepted. If you wish to be shipped an alternate product then a new order will have to be placed through the website. 

Returning your item(s)

If you would like to return your item(s), please refer to the 686 Return Form that was packed with your order. You will need to completely fill out the Return Form and include it inside your return package. We suggest you ship your return back using a shipping method that offers a tracking number since you are responsible for the goods during transit and in the event of a lost shipment.

Any items returned without the 686 Return Form WILL NOT be processed.

Returns may take up to 3-5 business days to be processed once they have reached our returns department.
